Andranik Tumasjan is a trained psychologist and long-time internet aficionado. He studied business psychology, cross-cultural psychology and Chinese language at the University of Munich and Nanjing University. During his studies he gained research and working experience in marketing and consumer research, HR management and psychometrics.

He studied Economics and (some) Chinese at Mannheim University, Nanjing University and Yale University, did his share of internships in research, finance and development consulting and is currently working on his MSc thesis.

Zhilei Ma is a computer scientist with Sino-European background and excellent business sense. He got his Bachelor in Computer and Information Science at Qingdao University in the P.R. China and his Diplom in computer science at University of Stuttgart in Germany. Since 2006 he is doing his doctorate in business process management and is working in one of the biggest European-funded projects on semantic business process management.
